:Icons might work. The numbers mean how much of a support the politician needs to be played - George Shrub needs five more cards supporting it than cards opposing it.

Icons might work. The numbers mean how much of a support the politician needs to be played - George Shrub needs five more cards supporting it than cards opposing it.
