This CCG is based on the game Super Smash Brothers Brawl, in which characters from different video games join together to beat the snot out of each other.  Just for the record, % means "points of damage" and has nothing to do with 100There is no reason it should be a %.  It might as well be $ or # or k.

Characters have Power, Weight, and Agility from 1-10. Halves Round Down.  
You can decide on how many lives to start with, or what point total to reach, or whoever has the most points after X turns/minutes wins, or whatever.  KOs are worth 1 point, falls are -1 point. Or something.  Teams are optional.<BR>Damage won't kill you, but higher damage decreases your chance of surviving the next hit.
Decide on number of lives before playing.
 
====Stages====
A stage has an edge length (edge), max height (ht), and a number of ground spaces.  A character is KOed when they are higher the max height, go below 0 height, or go past the edge length.  Ground level is height 1.  Spaces are spots on a stage where there is solid ground upon which characters may stand.  Multiple characters may occupy one space.  Final Destination is the default stage where the game begins (Ironic, I know), until a stage card is played.  When played, Stage cards take effect at the beginning of the player's next turn, at which point the previous stage card is discarded.  Here is an example of a stage.  Final Destination looks like this:<BR>
