Welp is a nomic drinking game. It is best played with at least 4 people and lots of beer. There is no point to Welp other than to get drunk, be silly, and start pointless rivalries with other players. There is no way to win (in fact, one of my friends said "Sometimes winning at Welp is not playing at all"). It is the best drinking game I have ever played and I encourage you to make a deck with your friends. Use these cards as a jumping off point to create your own silliest, most awesome drinking game ever. Cheers, Welp Master
Special Rules
Drinking Penalty
There is a general drinking penalty for breaking any rule. For example, if you are in control of Duck You (Holder of this card must quack every time he/she drinks) and you drink without quacking first, you must quack and drink again.

Thing
Once per round place your thumb on the table. Last person to do so drinks 2 times

Discard all of your Things and another player's Things. You both drink.
Evil Burning Magnifying Glass

Once per turn you may look at another players hand and trade a card with him/her.
Octopus Shuffle
Action
Take every Thing in play, shuffle them, and redistribute them evenly starting with you.
Functioning Alcoholic

Holder of this card must drink every time he/she plays a card.
Record Skip

You can repeat any Action in this discard pile.
Conjoined Drunks

Choose another player. Every time you drink that player must also drink

Take every player's hand, shuffle them together, and redeal a new hand to everyone.

You are the only person allowed to swear. If another other player swears he/she must drink.
