I came up with a interesting thought, about variation of the cards. But i'll some help with them. For example not all rebellions will be the same power, some might be a small uprising, all the way up to a civil war, and maybe they might do some bombings. Who knows, but as soon I finish the rest of the cards to get this into basic playability I will work on this --Trekkie1094 21:21, 8 November 2008 (UTC)
