Gameplay should work roughly like this: Both sides grill the witness and play Evidence to try to build a case. Which witness is in play should be important.

For game balance reasons, Maya/Pearl Fey's ability should be restricted to Things only. Otherwise, you could copy Objection and cause a mess. -Bucky 02:45, 27 September 2007 (BST)

Good points. BTW, did I scare you off from Chronogeddon? -- Zaratustra 03:10, 27 September 2007 (BST)
No, I just haven't had the time/creativity lately. -Bucky 03:48, 27 September 2007 (BST)

Aides/Attorneys

First, can your starting attorney's Jury go negative? I'm assuming it can, since otherwise it would be impossible to win once the defendant leaves play, unless a Turnabout occurs.

Second, what happens if you play an attorney or aide after your first turn? Do they become witnesses? If so, can you use their Action abilities?

Finally, does the "cannot be destroyed during play" protection for your starting Aide extend to losing all jury points due to evidence? What about spending all jury points? -Bucky 06:45, 20 April 2008 (BST)
