Special Rules
Each player must, if possible play one card each turn. You may execute and "Orders" card by putting it at the bottom of the deck if you are in posession of it durring your turn. It's effect occurs at this point. If you have an "Orders" card and are unable to play any other cards, you must execute the order.
Card Types
Rank Cards- Stay in play and correspond to the player who played them. The higher the rank number, the the higher the rank. If another player plays a rank card with the same name as one you have out, you put your card on the bottom of the deck. A player without a rank may neither give nor recieve "Orders" cards.
Orders Cards- You may only play an "Orders" card if you meet the minimum rank requirement of that card. When you play an orders card, write your name on it and it remains your card until your next turn. Each turn, for each "Orders" card you have out, you must either pass that card to a player with a lower rank than yourself or execute that order. Whenever you recieve an "Orders" card, write your name on it after the name of the last player to have the card. You may only execute an order if your rank is lower than that of the person who first played the card.
Actions- Each player may only play one durring their turn.
Reactions- A special type of "Orders" card that may be played any time by any player as a response to an "Action" card. Reaction cards are passed immediately to a player with a rank higher than that of the person who is playing the card. You may only execute "Reaction" cards if your rank is higher than that of the player who played the card.
