Thanks! I'm glad you like it. To answer your questions:
1.)I'm programming in FreePascal using Lazarus
2.)It isn't public yet. I might release it after beta, but I'll think about it.
3.)Translated, like the dialogs? Not as easily as other software, but you can in the code. Maybe I'll release to source code, then, so that others can change the language to one they use...
