You see an ice cream stand and use it for cover. You're lucky the ice cream stand was a cover-up for criminals - there are many weapons in it!
After KO-ing the ice cream stand operator you work together with your friends, the other players, to survive. Divide your weapons well and balance your ammo. Watch out for the 3 mean bosses!
Gameplay
Setup
Everyone starts with HP 10.
1 Take the pile and hold it face-up so you can see the cards. Keep taking cards until you have 5 non-event and non-gang cards.
2 If you encounter an Event or Gang card, shuffle once and draw again (if you use another method to setup it'll take more time because most cards are Event or Gang cards).
3 Now the next player does this until everyone has 5 non-Event non-Gang cards.

When the pile is empty you've killed the entire gang and win!
Special rules
You can use an Action or a Thing to give a Thing/ammo from your hand or inventory to another player's inventory (not hand). This is crucial to winning so don't forget it!
When you get a weapon, it's already loaded. The x/y value in the top right corner is the 'damage/max ammo that fits in the weapon'.
Event cards take their effect immediately when they're draw, but other players can draw their cards before the event happens.
When a player is dead, she puts all her Things in her inventory. For 1 Action, others can take Things from her. Shuffle the Actions back in the pile.
Where you place cards is your 'inventory'.
Variations
You can't discuss with other players who to shoot.
You can't mix turns.
If you don't like that sometimes you get some weapons near the end of the game, use 2 piles: 1 with the Friends cards and 1 with the remaining cards. In this case, draw a card from each pile each round. You'll be attacked more, so you may want to use the rule: each round, 1 player can play 1 extra Action.
Difficulty levels
To make it easier:
Start with HP 15.
To increase the difficulty:
Start with 4 cards.
Don't use the Events - Nothing cards. This are Event cards that have no effect.
