Test findings - 4 players, can show everyone your cards, unlimited hand size.
1 The game is actually fun to play!
2 It's easy to avoid damage altogether.
3 When someone reloads, another player has to not shoot to cover her.
To decide after test 2:
All events in the gang pile?
Are the thugs strong enough?
A new system to get thugs? Now you hardly have time to do things other than shoot.
New rule: half the damage when reloading?
Solution: fewer thugs, easier to kill thugs:
Max 5 thugs/more Gang - Nothing cards / More ammo capacity/heavier weapons/weaker thugs
Add Weapons? Any ideas?
