Place obstacles, including guards, in a vertical line. This line is your base. An attacker starts at the top and has to work her way to the last card. Order your obstacles in a smart way! When the last obstacle is gotten rid off, the attack is successful.

The max nr of cards you can put in a line is 4. You can make sidepaths for your enemies by splitting the line:
Each player says which room is their base entrance. In each room (x) you can put a Thing. An attacker starts at Start and can play a card before entering the 1st room. If s/he reaches 'You', you're attacked successfully. Order your obstacles in a smart way!

  x
You can't place anything in a room an enemy is already in. You can only put 1 Thing in each room. When an enemy is in your base, you can't place Things in a room if an obstacle in that room was destroyed 1 turn ago.

When a guard is alerted, s/he goes to the attacker and attacks.
==Attacking==
You attack with characters and guards that are not in your base. First, place a character or guard before the 1st obstacle. Play a card to negate the obstacle or move to the next area.

Thing - Guards can be put on stand-by by playing them not in your base. In this case these guards can be used to attack a base. You can switch a guard from stand-by to any spot in the base and vice versa, which counts as 1 Action.
While attacking, you can play unlimited action cards.

When an enemy is in your base, you can place Things, including guards, only in areas between the attacker and yourself (you are behind the last line of defense).
An attacker can exit the base when in the entrance room (counts as 1 Action). In this case, the attacker is moved back into your hand.
==Guards==
When an alarm is sounded all guards are alerted. When a guard is alerted, s/he takes the shortest route to the room the emergency is in and attacks. Guards can also attack.
==Playing==
Draw 3 cards.
Play 1 Thing and 1 Action. Moving your character counts as an Action.

Based on No One Lives Forever!

Avoid bananas, security cameras, guards etc and attack your enemies!

Rules

If a player's character is successfully attacked 3 times, they're dead. Whoever is left, wins.

You can draw 3 cards each turn.

Setup

At the beginning of the game, each player takes a Thing - Character and places it in their base. The player is this character.

Defending

The space in front of each player is their base. You put obstacles, guards and characters in your base so players can't directly attack you. Your base is a 3 x 3 grid. You can turn it 45 degrees if you want:

                                           Start
                                             x
                                           x   x
                                         x   x   x
                                           x   x
                                             x

Each player says which room is their base entrance. In each room (x) you can put a Thing. An attacker starts at Start and can play a card before entering the 1st room. If s/he reaches 'You', you're attacked successfully. Order your obstacles in a smart way!

You can't place anything in a room an enemy is already in. You can only put 1 Thing in each room. When an enemy is in your base, you can't place Things in a room if an obstacle in that room was destroyed 1 turn ago.

Attacking

You attack with characters and guards that are not in your base. First, place a character or guard before the 1st obstacle. Play a card to negate the obstacle or move to the next area.

While attacking, you can play unlimited action cards.

An attacker can exit the base when in the entrance room (counts as 1 Action). In this case, the attacker is moved back into your hand.

Guards

When an alarm is sounded all guards are alerted. When a guard is alerted, s/he takes the shortest route to the room the emergency is in and attacks. Guards can also attack.

Playing

Draw 3 cards. Play 1 Thing and 1 Action. Moving your character counts as an Action.

Variations

Use a different grid size: 4x7, 5x5 etc.

Gadgets and Weapons are Things and have to be put on characters/guards before they attack a base.

Each turn you can only move to 1 room.

You can only place a Thing in a room where your character is.
