This is an unfinished deck. It is incomplete, and is not playable.
To play Dvorak: Draw five cards each and leave the rest as a draw pile. On your turn, draw a card from the draw pile and play one Thing and/or one Action. (See the full rules.)

People often fall out over this type of waste.

This waste requires a Industrial Permit of at least level 1 to dispose of it.
An industrious mind can waste nothing, an industrious factory can waste loads.

This waste requires a Organic Permit of at least level 1 to dispose of it.

Spring Cleaning

You may move all cards from any one Fly Tip site and move them to the Dump.
Useful when your Slinky is looking dusty.

Collection Refused

Draw X Waste cards from the dump. Roll a D6 to determine X. If fewer than X cards are in the dump, draw till the dump is empty.
Your refuse was refused... and returned.
Caught On Camera
The Player that draws this card must take any Waste cards from their Fly Tip (if they have one) into their bin.
"It doesn't matter who dumped it. It's your problem now."
Forclosure
Move any one site card to the dump. Cannot be used on a Fly Tip that contains Waste
Fly Tip

Play this card in front of any player. That player now has a Fly Tip. The Fly Tip may contain up to 4 items of waste. Only 1 Fly Tip may be played on any player at a time.
Building Site

Play this card onto any Fly Tip. The Fly Tip is sent to the Dump along with any Waste it contains.
Recycling Centre
Site
Upon drawing this card immediately play it onto the table and draw to replace it. Each player may dispose of one card designated as Recyclable without its permit(s) per turn. A player cannot recycle their final 'Waste' card.
