I came up with a interesting thought, about variation of the cards. But i'll some help with them. For example not all rebellions will be the same power, some might be a small uprising, all the way up to a civil war, and maybe they might do some bombings. Variation
I came up with a interesting thought, about variation of the cards. But i'll need some help with them.
