Special Rules:
Mileage Cards: Are a type of action card. If you drive 500 (or any agreed-upon #) miles, YOU WIN!!!. Keep score of this on paper.
Roads: You cant play anything if no road is in play. They belong to no one and go in the middle. New roads cancel old ones, which get destroyed. All roads have a speed limit(it can be infinite though) which is a cornervalue. You can't play mileage higher than the speed limit or you risk getting a ticket.
Cops: can be played any time someone breaks the law, even on someone else's turn. Negate the illegal action or thing and give player a ticket, which should also be kept track of on paper. If you get 5 tickets, you're eliminated.
Gas: represents your hand size. You can draw an extra card if you discard one from your hand first.
CounterAction: Can be played against an action on someone else's turn.
You can draw 1 card normally, buy gas, play 1 action or milage, play 1 thing, and play 1 road each turn if you want
Max Hand size is 7
