When a card says that it binds to something or is binded to something, it means that both objects in question cannot be seperated. If one gets destroyed, the other gets destroyed too and vice versa.

Reaction Cards

Reaction cards seem to be common enough to merit a glossary entry. I think a definition like "A Reaction is a card which is played at an unusual time. Either the card itself or a Special Rule will say exactly when it can be played. When played, has a one-off effect like an Action and is then placed in the discard pile." -Bucky 15:51, 13 July 2010 (UTC)

I've included this general idea in my Additional Rules - Physical Challenge set of rules, which I've created in hopes that people will adopt some of the terms used. I should note, though, that the popular card game "Dominion" has you keep your Reaction card, which you can later use as an action, so the part about placing it in a discard pile may not be what we want to say.
