Controlling a spirit dwelling earns 2 Spirit Points per turn

Killing a unit earns 3 Spirit Points
If you use the gift in front of the opponent's Person, you must pay the Sacrifice.  If the opponent doesn't control a Person, no Sacrifice is needed to play for that turn.
