The Dungeon CCG is based on the Dungeon Series written by Plumfinder and a set of players called Escapees. The CCG is less like a traditional card game and more akin to a tabletop RPG (Though it does not provide as much freedom).

Special Rules

  • There are 4 stats: Health, Attack, and Speed
  • Health is how much damage one can take before death
  • Attack is how much damage one deals
  • Speed determines whether an attack hits and the chance of a critical

Escapee Rules

  • Each Escapee gets one Escapee card which is automatically in play
  • An Escapee card can equip two weapons, two accessories, two boots one piece of armor, and one piece of Headgear
  • All Escapee cards have the same amount of Health, but this can be changed with equipment
  • Each Escapee has a perk and a disability
  • Each Escapee gets an action card
  • An Escapee's objective is to escape the dungeon, which is achieved by killing the final boss

GM Rules

  • Each GM gets a Final Boss card and a Superboss card. If the Superboss is defeated then it's owner's Final Boss
  • The GM(s) decide the layout and placement of the rooms in the dungeon
  • If there are two GMs then they each get a half of the Dungeon
  • The GM gets to decide which enemies and NPCs are in each room of the dungeon
  • If there are two GMs, they only decide which enemies and NPCs are on their side of the dungeon

Room Rules

  • A room can have as many enemies as the GM(s) want, though players are allowed to complain about too many enemies
  • Levels-A room is allowed to have up to 3 levels
  • It takes a turn to move up or down a level
  • You can't attack an enemy on a different level if you haven't equipped a ranged weapon
  • Rooms can have treasure containing either items or coins
  • There must be at least one shop in the dungeon

Item Rules

  • Items can either be found in treasure, off of enemies, in a shop, or in an Escapee's perk
  • Once used, a consumable will be removed from play
