To win, you must have 3 or more Temples. You must also have at least 5 Countries in play.
Thing: Country
These countries have attributes to help you. Use them wisely.
Thing: Temple
These determine your God's power set. They affect what Actions you play.

A following country. Action: Every three turns, you may target an opponent. They become drunk and lose a turn.
Germany
Thing: Country
A following country. Action: Every time someone plays a Temple, they must give you a card because of your frightening history.
