Special Rules

When it is your turn, the player on your right plays cards for you; however, you (instead of your opponent) search through the discard pile and/or draw pile if an Action instructs you to do so.
If an Authority Figure is found in a player's hand, it must be immediately played. This play does not count toward the per turn play limit.

When this card enters play, all special rules are repealed. While this card is in play, no special rules may be enacted. If any player looks at an opponent's hand or through the draw pile for any reason, he must discard his entire hand and his turn is immediately over. When this card is destroyed, all special rules that were repealed because of this card are reenacted without a vote.
