This is a playable deck - it's finished, tested and ready to play.
To play Dvorak: Draw five cards each and leave the rest as a draw pile. On your turn, draw a card from the draw pile and play one Thing and/or one Action. (See the full rules.)

Bluff and subterfuge in a secret-police state. Play an Accusation on the player who has the Kryptopol ID card hidden in their hand and they're out of the game. Accuse falsely and it's your neck instead.

You may not play this card. If you discard it, return it to your hand at the end of the turn.
Accusation
Action
Look at an Opponent's hand. If they have a Kryptopol ID, they lose the game. If not, you lose the game.
Security Camera
Thing - Electrical
Action: Look at a random card from an Opponent's hand.
Bureaucracy
Action
Shuffle the discard pile into the draw pile.
Mole
Thing - Person
Choose an Opponent when you play this card. Whenever that Opponent draws a card, you may look at it.
"Accident"
Action
Destroy a Person.
Covert Surveillance
Action
An Opponent chooses and reveals half of their hand to you (rounding down).
Torture
Action
An Opponent reveals their hand to you, or discards half of it (rounding down) at random.
New Identity
Action
A chosen Player shuffles their hand into the draw pile, then draws a number of cards equal to the number shuffled back.
Lie Detector
Thing - Electrical
Action: Name a card; a chosen Opponent may reveal it if they have it. If they do not reveal it, you may destroy this card to force them to reveal their hand - if they named card is there, they lose the game.
Friends in High Places
Action
You may only play this card if you reveal a Kryptopol ID from your hand. Search the draw pile for a card and put it into your hand.
Dawn Raid
Action
You may only play this card if you reveal a Kryptopol ID. A chosen Opponent discards their hand.
Freedom of Information
Action
All Players reveal their hands.
Press Conference
Action
Draw up to five cards. Reveal your hand to all Players.
Bribery
Action
Gain control of a Person you do not control. Its previous controller may draw two cards.
Rumour
Action
Draw a card. Give it to your Opponent.
Hidden Microphone
Thing - Electrical
Choose an Opponent when you play this card. You may prevent any Action that Opponent plays, unless you prevented the same Action during their previous turn.
Police Protection
Thing - Person
You may only play this card if you reveal a Kryptopol ID from your hand. You may not be targetted by Actions.
Suspect Package
Thing
Action: Destroy this card and destroy a Thing.
Malfunction
Action
Destroy an Electrical Thing.
Laser Tripwire
Thing - Electrical
If an Opponent looks at a card in your hand while this is in play, or looks at this card while it is in your hand, they must discard their hand. (This is not triggered by Press Conference or Freedom of Information.)
You've Been Framed!
Action
Give a card from your hand to an Opponent.
