This is an untested deck. Its cards are complete, but it hasn't yet been tested.
To play Dvorak: Draw five cards each and leave the rest as a draw pile. On your turn, draw a card from the draw pile and play one Thing and/or one Action. (See the full rules.)

Special Rules

At the beginning of the game, players choose their alignment. Good players cannot play Evil cards, vice versa.
A card's corner value is its Epic Level. Players may not play cards of a higher Epic Level than themselves. Players begin the game at Epic Level 1.

Terminology

An attack has Failed if it fails to affect its target in any way. If players tie in a clash, neither attack has failed.

Many attacks can Knock Down a player. Die rolls of attacks against downed opponents are made at +1, and die rolls of attacks by downed players are made at -1. A downed player may get back up instead of playing a Thing.

When you play an attack on your turn, your opponent may play an attack in response, in which case you both Clash.
In a clash, each player rolls a d6. A player gets +1 to the die roll if their attack has a higher Epic Level than their opponent's attack or if their opponent is knocked down (+2 if both). If they tie, then both attacks knock their targets down but have no other effects. Otherwise, the player who rolled higher carries out their attack, usually rolling another d6 as described on the attack card, as though only that player had attacked.

Just because you're evil doesn't mean you have to fight dirty all the time.
