To play Dvorak: Draw five cards each and leave the rest as a draw pile. On your turn, draw a card from the draw pile and play one Thing and/or one Action. (See the full rules.)

Special Rules

Victory

Once any Player's hand is empty, the Player with the most Things in play wins. If there is a tie, everyone draws a card and the next Player's turn immediately starts.

Put up to two Things from your hand into play.
Perpeptual Motion Machine
Thing
Perpeptual Motion Machine counts as two Things towards winning. If Perpeptual Motion Machine is destroyed by anyThing other than The Second Law of Thermodynamics, put it back into play under your control immediately.
The Second Law of Thermodynamics
Action
Destroy the Perpeptual Motion Machine.
Side-Effect
