skipcard Cool Shades/A/Use once per round: Double the strength of your Attacks and Defense. If you do so, you must reveal what you are doing this round before other players choose. ("They come in two classes: rhinestone shades and cheap sunglasses.")
skipcard Extra Arms/A/You may only assign one Attack per round, but a copy of that Attack is made against every other opponent. ("I just died in your arms tonight. It must have been something you said.")
skipcard Force Fields/T/Spend X: Add either 2X to your Defense this round or X to your Defense next round. ("Strawberry force fields forever.")
skipcard High-Powered Energy Shield/T/Burn X: Add 10X to your Defense. ("Burn out the day. Burn out the night. I can't see no reason to put up a fight.")
skipcard Manifestation of the Cosmic Consciousness/A/During the Resolution Phase, you may add half this Power's Power Strength, rounded down, to either Defense or one Attack.
skipcard Precognition/T/You may choose how to put Energy into Attack and Defense after other people have revealed their choices. You must still choose which powers you are using normally, however. ("I can see clearly now. The rain is gone.")

skipcard Scientific Genius/T/Bidding for this power occurs before bidding for other powers. The winner of this power may select his bids for the rest of the powers after the other players have revealed their bids. ("I have cloned a human being. It is now a member of my band.")
skipcard Stylish Hand Gestures/T/Spend X: Increase your Energy by X next round, for that round only. ("Doin' that crazy hand jive.")
skipcard Wildfire Blast/A/Spend 5: Add 1d10 to an Attack. ("Try now, we can only lose, and our love become a funeral pyre.")
skipcard Evil Twin/T/As part of your bid for this Power, nominate another Hero. When you win this Power, lose all of your Powers and gain copies of all those that the nominated Hero won. ("My evil twin, bad-weather friend.")
skipcard Expert Training/T/When you win this Power, you may halve or double a single number, in any other Power you won. ("Gonna fly now.")
skipcard Flight/T/Spend all of your Energy: All Attacks against you are reduced to zero. ("I believe I can fly.")
skipcard Glass Swords/A/Add 40 to each of your Attacks. Lose this power the first time you sustain any damage. ("Leroy looked like a jigsaw puzzle with a couple of pieces gone.")
skipcard Green Gas Bombs/T/Spend 1: Add 50 to your Defense. Use this power no more than three times per game. ("And when the bombshell hits, I get epileptic fits.")
skipcard Hulking Muscle/T/Use once per game: Gain 50 Energy and tear your shirt open. For the rest of the game, you lose 5 Energy at the end of each round. ("And when the bad folks all get together at night, you know they all call big Jim "Boss."")
skipcard Ice Shield/T/If you spend all of your Energy on Defense, add 20 to your Defense. ("You're as cold as ice. You're willing to sacrifice our love.")
skipcard Icy Touch/A/Spend 15: If you damage an opponent this round, they may only use half of their Energy (rounding up) next round. ("You got the touch. You got the power.")
skipcard Laser Goggles/A/Burn 10: Do 10 unavoidable damage to a Hero. Use no more than three times per round ("Dynamite with a laser beam, guaranteed to blow your mind.")
skipcard Metal Tentacles/T/If you damage a Hero, they must deduct 15 from their Defense next round (to a minimum of zero). ("Bang your head. Metal health'll drive you mad.")
skipcard Mimic/T/Spend X: You may use any single Power in play whose Power Strength is X, this round. ("Anything you can do, I can do better. I can do anything better than you.")
skipcard Petrifying Gaze/T/Burn 10 and choose a Hero: If that Hero didn't spend 10 to specifically Avoid your Gaze this round, they are turned to stone.
skipcard Pseudonite/T/At the end of each round, Heroes lose 5 Energy for each Power they possess.
skipcard Sidekick/T/Your brave sidekick counts as an extra Hero, under your control. He starts with 50 Energy, and has no Super Powers. ("You must give your cape and scepter to me—and a smaller one for KG.")
skipcard Souleater/T/Gain 50 Energy whenever an opponent leaves the game.
skipcard Squid Ink/T/Burn 1: Add 20 to your Defense. You may not use this Power if you used it in the previous Round.
skipcard Tai-Chi/T/Spend 20 and choose an Opponent: Add that opponent's Defense to your Defense, this round. Use once per round.
skipcard Taunting/T/Spend 10 and choose a Power: Its owner must use it next round, if possible.
skipcard Titanium Skin/T/Prevent the first 50 damage you take during the game.
skipcard Vampiric Bite/A/Whenever you damage another Hero, gain Energy equal to half of that damage (rounding down).
skipcard Wounded Rage/A/Use once per round: Add 30 to an Attack. Use only if you were damaged in the previous round.
skipcard Black Vapors/T/Spend 20: All Defense is nullified this round, regardless of its source.
skipcard Poisonous Membranes/T/Whenever you are Attacked, even if you defend against it, your Attacker sustains 3 Points of unavoidable damage.
skipcard Babula Ray/T/Spend 10 and choose an opponent: Flip a coin. If heads, swap that opponent's Attack against you with their Defense.
skipcard Spinning Cobra Clutch/T/When Attacked, reduce the Attacker′s Attack value by their Defense value.
skipcard Devourer/T/Spend the Power Strength of a Power: Remove that Power from an opponent at the end of the round.
skipcard Master Planning/A/You may choose to reveal your Attack and Defense values during the Allocation Phase. If you do so you may multiply either by 1.5 (rounding down) during the Resolution Phase.
skipcard Regeneration/T/Gain 3 Energy at the beginning of each round.
skipcard Spirit Level/T/At any time (even upon death), you may switch to spirit form - gain 50 Energy, and you may no longer Attack or Defend.
skipcard Very Big/T/Any damage dealt to you is halved (rounded down).
skipcard Big, Gnashy Claws/A/If you use no other Powers in a given round, add 20 to each of your Attacks.
skipcard Boom Boxing/A/Does 25 unavoidable extra damage whenever your Attack beats the victim's Defense by 20 or more.
